Fulcrum offer four programmes designed to help businesses develop in specific directions. Whilst these approaches are designed to be generally applicable, they are always delivered in a way which is tailored and customised to suit the client, their current situation and their objectives.
Change4
|
Change4 is a customer driven change management programme. It starts not with you but with you customers. A structured interview approach allows us to identify their key drivers, desires and needs, often before they have been able to articulate them - this helps you steal a march on your competition.

Encouraging Enterprise
|
Encouraging Enterprise was developed in response the problems of some of our earliest clients. They noticed that they had managers who were excellent at their functional activities but were unable [or unwilling] to act like business people. They did not think about the wider business and customer development issues, rather they focused inwardly on the operational issues.
The programme challenges and encourages managers to take personal responsibility and act in an entrepreneurial fashion.

Go4Gold
|
This programme was developed to support businesses aiming for high rates of growth. It is based on the approaches used to develop gold medal winning performers for the Sydney 2000 Olympic games translated into the business arena.
On one level, it is performance coaching for the business rather than for the owners and borrows some of its approaches from this field. On another level, it is an integrated business transformation model.

Break Free Thinking
|
Break Free Thinking is a key component in the Pivotal Thinking approach, delivering an effective framework for managers to develop creative thinking skills. Whilst the programme has sound academic underpinnings, it adopts a highly practical approach.
Delegates leave with a thorough understanding of the creative problem solving process, a starter creativity toolkit which they can develop over time and a personal action plan to allow them to make immediate progress on the issues of concern.
