Jim has approaching 30 years experience in the development and implementation of capital projects for the chemical industry. He has acted in Process Engineering, Project Management and Engineering Management roles in the consulting and contracting industry for most of his career.

He is also a tutor on the Foundations of Senior Management, Strategy and Creativity, Innovation and Change modules of the Open University Business School MBA course and is a consultant on the Management and Leadership Development programme. He also is a mentor on the Huddersfield University Management Development Programme.
Jim has additional qualifications in Business Performance Coaching and Life Coaching and is accredited to deliver the Hay Group’s 360 ° Feedback based Emotional Competence Inventory.
He has consultancy experience with the public sector, SME and multinational organisations.
Allan has over 40 years experience in Human Resource and Operational management at a strategic and operational level in the Public and private sector e.g. NHS, County councils, gas distribution and health care, steel, construction, plastics etc.
In recent years, Allan has held senior management roles in management consulting specialising in organisational development and learning programmes, working for one of the big five consultancies and also several other small consultancies Allan has also held HRD posts in major organisations at Director level.
Allan has a particular interest and skill in Business Process Reengineering and played a major role in the development of of the Change4 programme.
